Eximius BPO Services, Inc. is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of Analysts. Successfuly applicants for Analysts will have a great career in Eximius BPO Services, Inc..

Responsibilities:

The candidate will read and analyze contracts, legal and other business-related documents. The Analyst will be tasked to create an abstract or summary of the document according to pre-provided abstracting guidelines.
Requirements:

Male or Female, between 20 to 35 years old
A Bachelor of Science Degree in any 4-year course with demonstrated academic excellence
Previous Lease Abstracting or Commercial Real Estate Management experience is an advantage
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly analytical with keen attention to details and above-average English comprehension & writing skills
Proficient in all Microsoft Office Applications
Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
