Must have at least 6 months call center work experience, preferably in a Sales program;
Has a strong Oral and written English communication skills;
Customer Service oriented;
Must be willing to work in Makati City.

Responsibilities:
Deal with customers through telephone
Handle and resolve customer complaints
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
Perform customer verifications
Process orders, forms, applications and requests
Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
Manage customers' accounts
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
Record details of actions taken
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma /ShortCourse Certificate or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
