Quality Assurance Supervisors
Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years directly related work experience is required
must be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures
critical thinking and data analysis skills are a must
decision-making skills required in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results
must be results-driven, a team player and should have keen eye for details
Data Transaction Processors
Graduate of a 4 year course or has equivalent work experience
Accurate typing of 45 words per minute
Manual dexterity
ability to use computer, and/or other data entry devices
Ability to pay attention to details
knowledge of scanning equipment, file maintenance and general office procedures preferred
Operations Manager
Technical Solutions Director
Technical Solutions Architect
Team Supervisors
Quality Assurance Analysts
Cyber Reps (Customer Service Representatives)
Travel Representatives
at least six months experience in the travel industry (hotel, airline, resort, etc)
GDS experience an advantage (abacus, amadeus, galileo, worldspan, etc
Graduate of Tourism, Hotel and Restaurant Management or related course
Excellent English communication skills
strong problem solving, analytical and customer service skills
proficient with computers and the internet
willing to work shifts
fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Travel Representatives
Bachlor's/College Degree in Tourism, Hotel and Restaurant Management or related course
Minimum of 6 months customer service is required, preferably gained in the travel industry.
