Requirements:
Bachelors degree, preferably in Psychology, Business Administration, Behavioral Science or any equivalent work experience
At least 3 years experience in full lifecycle recruitment, preferably in a BPO industry or equivalent
1 year experience in a supervisory capacity
Willing and able to work on extended hours, on GY shift, on holidays or weekends as necessary
Willing and able to work on shifting schedules

Lead, US Tax Compliance

REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelors Degree in Accountancy
• Minimum of 4 years of solid tax experience either from a multinational company or accounting/auditing firm
• Willing and able to work on extended hours, on GY shift and weekends or holidays
• Willing and able to work on shifting schedules

Travel Reservations Specialist
Responsibilities:

Provide great customer service.
Listen to customer needs and provide solutions.
Requirements:

At least one (1) year of college education
Minimum of 1 year experience working on a travel industry program and experience in handling reservations/cancellations/changes and with experience in up selling Insurance, Hotels and Car rentals
Minimum of 6 months GDS skill
Strong customer service and sales skills
Problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent English communication skills
Willing to work in shifts
Willing to work in Pasig City, Ortigas.
