RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develops rewards and recognition programs to promote superior performance and cultural objectives
Project plans and execute these programs, including leading a volunteer recognition and rewards team
Schedules and directs site recognition events
Manages purchases and expense control for incentive and recognition
Tracks statistical impact of rewards and recognition to improved performance, where applicable
Solicits pre- and post-implementation feedback to maximize impact and effectiveness
Manages focus group process and performs follow-up on employee surveys deliverables
Assumes ownership for regular communication and display of superior performance metrics and rankings
Key supporting role in attrition management planning and execution
Oversees communications vehicles, such as site newsletter, electronic displays, etc.
Creates and tracks, compiles, maintains, and distributes reports, graphs, and other documentation.
Assists in preparation of presentation materials for business reviews, client visits, etc.
Responds to requests from Site Management team.
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
At least 2 years experience in the Call Center Industry and at least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Fluent in verbal and written English.
Solid organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast paced environment with close attention to detail.
Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.
Able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Able to write routine reports and correspondence.
Able to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
Able to adapt to changing priorities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
Able to carry out instructions in written or verbal form.
Able to supervise staff and communicate effectively with employees.
Able to maintain confidential information.
