The job requires working with employees in various departments and performing functions on the following areas:

* Implementation and supervision of the company’s facilities maintenance plan
* Coordination with vendors, contractors and the building administration staff on matters related to purchasing of operating logistics and procurement of services including contracts review
* Providing expert advice in the interpretation and implementation of admin services policies
* Designing and implementing safety and security policy of the company


Relevant Experience:

* Work experience related to admin services function specifically facilities management/maintenance
* Knowledge of the MS applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook )
* Adaptability to shifting schedule including evenings, weekends and overtime as necessary
* Strong organizational and reporting skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality
* Excellent interpersonal skills and team orientation
