Virtoren Services is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of Admin Assistant. Successfuly applicants for Admin Assistant will have a great career in Virtoren Services.

Responsibilities:

Provides virtual admistrative support to the client/s and proactively anticipate his/their varied needs.
Supports in planning, directing, managing and coordinating day-to-day business activities.
Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner.
Attend meetings for, with and in-behalf of the client. Assists in creating materials needed for the meetings as well as prepare minutes of the meeting if so needed. May also include organizing the event for the client/s.
Develop and maintain well organized filing system for confidential, personal and business files as needed and required by the client/s.
Receive sales, customer support and service inquiries via email, chat or phone and attend to these queries with ease and efficiency.
May perform marketing and sales functions both for client/s and company, including but not limited to :
Implementation of Social Media campaigns and other online marketing efforts.
Research on possible sales leads and target markets. Perform teleprospecting which is a process of gathering high-level market information and identifying qualified prospects via phone calls.
Conduct product or service introduction through various mediums like email, chat or phone calls.
Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
Required language(s): English
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required skill(s):
Excellent written and oral [English] communication skills. Preferably with American accent.
Good organization / time management skills (Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects.).
Proficient in Windows/MAC, MS Office and / or Open Office and other related tools.
Optional skill (s):
Transcription - medical/legal/any other types
Business Development or Sales experience for US markets (no specific industry)
Customer Support/Back Office Support/Telemarketing / Appointment Setting or any BPO experience
Basic bookkeeping : MYOB / AccountEdge, Peach Tree, Quickbooks,etc.
Social Media Marketing : Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and other social networking sites.
Viral Marketing : Social Networks (MySpace, Twitter, Facebook, Bebo, etc), Online Business Network (LinkedIn, Xing, Spoke, Plaxo, Ryze, etc), Bookmarking sites ( digg.com, yahoo buzz, tweetmeme, stumble upon, reddit, Technorati, del.icio.us, Slashdot, etc) Video and Photo sharing sites (flikr, youtube, etc)
