Must have a solid background in facilities and administration from a CALL CENTER industry
With good English communication, interpersonal skills and strong problem-solving skills
Positive attitude and high degree of self-confidence
Flexible to work in shifting schedules, as well as holidays

IT Executive (With 1 year experience in a BPO set-up)
Requirements:
Must have finished at least 2 years in college or equivalent, preferably Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology or other related courses
With good English communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
Required at least 1 year hands-on working experience in the IT field, with emphasis on networking, troubleshooting, server maintenance & maintenance
Knowledgeable in networking, advanced routing and switching technologies in Cisco Call center/BPO experience is an advantage, but not required
Willing to work in shifting & graveyard schedules including weekends & holidays
Can start ASAP
