* The Account Team Leader is responsible for managing the activities performed by the Sales Executive and Order Entry Specialist to ensure sales and organizational goals and objectives are achieved. Through strong coaching, excellent leadership and strategic planning. The Team Leader is responsible for developing, coaching, and educating the Sales Team on ORDER MANAGEMENT, customer service and standard selling techniques. In addition to serving the customer, the team leader is also accountable to grow and maintain customer relationships, exceed sales targets and ensure SLAs are managed and achieved
REQUIREMENTS:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
* At least 5 year(s) previous sales or operational experience with direct supervisory experience required. Call center or operations environment highly desirable
* Knowledge of: ORDER MANAGEMENT, Direct sales, Project Management, MILLER HEIMAN sales principles and operations.
* Full-Time positions available.
