Account Manager [Sales Department] (Job Code: AMP24)
The Bridge is looking for passionate individuals that can close the deal for it's corporate office in Makati City. As you might expect from one of the top sales organizations in the country, The Bridge sales team is comprised of a diverse group of expert salespeople, each with a unique style of selling, and all with proven track records of excellence. A successful salesperson has as much style as skill.
Responsibilities:
- planning and prioritising personal sales activity and customer / prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims, including costs and sales.
- Plan and manage business portfolios / territories / businesses according to an agreed market development strategy.
- Manage service mix, pricing and margins according to agreed aims.
- Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant interal liason, to optimise quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Use cusotmer and prospect contact activities tools and systems, and update relevant information held in these systems.
- Plan, carry out, and support local marketing activities to agreed budgets and timescales, and integrate sales efforts with other organized marketing activities.
- Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods.
- Monitor and report on marekt and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.
- Record, analyse, report and administer according to systems and requirements.
- Communicate, liase, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to faciliate the development of profitatble business and sustainable relationships.
- Attend and present at external customer meetings and internal meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business development.
- Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills.
