Job Description:
-Claims Analysis , Insurance & Patient A/R follow-up
Requirements:
-Graduates/Post Graduates with 6 months to 2 years experience in claims processing in Insurance/Healthcare services.
-Must be well conversant with business and quality processes in the mentioned areas.
- Must have excellent communication skills, good client interface skills, good people management skills, high level of initiative as team players, good exposure to business processes and quality assurance.
- Should be well versed with the medical billing processes and A/R aging reports. Ability to examine documents for accuracy and completeness. Individuals undergone voice training will be preferred.
