Technical Service Representatives
Bachelor's degree in any field with at least 3 months technical call center experience
Fresh graduates from IT-related or technical courses
For undergraduates, completed at least 2 years of college with at least 3 months technical call center experience
Experience in DSL is preferred
excellent command of English
Customer Service Representatives
Bachelor's degree in any field
excellent command of english
strong analytical skills
strong PC, keyboard and internet skills, with the ability to simultaneously navigate through systems
Ability to handle customer with care
fresh graduates are encourage to apply
Operations Manager & Team Leaders
204 years experience in a similar position
leadership experience in managing people
Communication & Culture Trainers
Mass Communications, Linguistics, English Communications, Speech, Journalism graduate
3-5 years experience in a call center or customer service environment
Product and Systems Trainers
3-5 years in a call center or teaching environment
previous training and/or quality work experience is preferred
can work in revolving shifts
Communication Coaches
Bachelor's degree in any field
outstanding written and oral English communication skills
at least 1 year experience in a call center, or equivalent experience in ESL, tutoring, coaching or teaching English
Quality Assurance Specialists
2-3 years experience in a call center
8 months - 1 year experience in quality, transaction monitoring, call quality
Reporting Analyst
preferably with at least 6 months experience in call center analysis work and reporting including agent performance metrics, site performance metrics and workforce management related data
ability to design, build and rollout sophisticated financial models and templates
comprehensive understanding of business reporting activities and processes
