To address diverse BPO customer needs and evolving business environments, iVentures set out to separate "corporate strategic planning / process formulation / executive functions" from the "operation and management functions". iVentures' growth oriented business plan introduced a holdings company which leverages senior management's competencies in technical, process and human resource innovation and enabling investments in IT and telecommunications' infrastructure. iVentures then spawned several BPO voice and non-voice microcenters of 50 seats minimum to a maximum of 150 seats per microcenter. This gives the iVentures Group of Companies strength from sound corporate governance while having the flexibility of evaluating and orienting operating companies and the effective allocation of managerial resources.
