the test was too technical,walang room for not too skilled technically,kaya continuous hiring is because you cannot adjust the test for whatever position the applicant is applying for. If the applicant is trainable,have mercy !

After the final interview, they congratulated me and informed me that I passed everything. However, they still have some things on my references to clear and that they would call me for my training sked the next day. One month ako naghintay sa wala.

I've been an employee of eGS and all I can say is "Thank you eGS". The training is REALLY good *hands down to all my trainors*. Pay is good but not as high as the other competing call centers. Issues are everywhere not just eGS but others as well. And abo

150 a day is for pre emp training, doesnt mean your hired yet. just means they'll hire you if they think you are trainable. basic 12k+3k allowance plus quart bonus. di mo pa kasi nakikita ung contract puro ka reklamo.
