The Competitive salary --- ya right. You’re being paid for a 48 hour work week which means the pay is for 6 days as compared to other centers which only has 40 or 5 days a week. Do the math how much do you loose here.
Here comes the best part, when they want people to go on over time because they mismanaged the queue, they expect you to go on overtime and if you refuse they’ll use the 48 hour work week contract that you signed bluntly in your face faster than you can s
say no. Plus this pay already includes all holiday that you’ll be coming in for work.
Meal and Transportation “Allowance”. From the word allowance which means it is non taxable… wrong!!! They tax it, you’ll be able to see it in a half sheet bond paper that they claim is their pay slip.
Worst of all they expect you to submit a re-imbursement of receipts every quarter or else they’ll tax you for it. One people are not dumb and it doesn’t take a CPA to notice that the Allowance is already taxed indicated in the pay slip.
Let’s go to the bonus, 40% of the performance bonus and 10% attendance. Hmmmm well let’s just say it’s to die for --- literally
this is the type that you have to cough blood in your workstation in order for you to achieve. The most bonus that you’ll get for being a performer is a measly 5%.
Let’s go to the management. Management here is the lowest of breed, ok not all but almost all. The higher management impregnating one of the QA,
One higher management who is gay has a boyfriend on the floor who was promoted faster than all of the people that are working their stuff off.
One higher management doesn’t even know how to speak good English, imagine talking to almost a managerial position that has a long e and short e problem, other than that that person sounds like that he/she is always reading a script even with just a simpl
Take note that the diction training is 5 days in this company. When the management opens up a promotion, they’ve already picked a candidate and it’s most likely a close friend, a peer, boyfriend/girlfriend
The reason behind this is that the upper management are afraid of them because they are a very good competitor for their position plus it they need dumb people as their subordinate to look like they’re smart.
The politics here are the worst, long time friends serving each other with an IR to get ahead… jeeze
