The recruitment and accounting dept. is very unorganized. I've been with four call center companies but this one is the worst when it comes to coordination with other dept. I had a two day training at MGO and we signed a MOA that we'll be paid in 3 weeks time but it's been 3 months and up to now we keep on calling and going to their office and they said it's still processing. They keep on passing us to different person who doesn't know a thing. This makes me want to complain to Dole.
