Compesation wise- sucks 2. growth- nil 3. support of TL- nil I was a Tech Sup about to enrol and file a resignation.. they said I have to render 15 days duty but I insist that that was not possible because my classes was about to start... what happen was I had a bad record and even my TL did not help, she was part of the conspiracy of declining my request. She was the worst TL that I had. I am sorry for her career. 4. THEY DO NOT ACCEPTS PART TIMERS- they decline my request. 5. Products- SmartBro is the worst wifi connection offering a 4-6 months of no connection, most of my clients was irate. 6. QA - they grade TSR the wrong way "better train they QA more than we it's a good company but i resigned there coz TLs dont care for their agents but for themselves only!! motherf$!#ing TL!!! my tL is not helping with my resignation, i have a new work now and i was AWOL for 5days with them and they still need me to resign??? dapat terminated na ako!!! dapat enjoy na ako sa new work ko! 5 is the highest,1 is the lowest. this company is negative 5. haha! TL on this company doesn't understand the situation of their agent. always care about scorecards, qa and attendance. for them they need it because it reflects to their profile. if agent is not doing well, they will be held responsible for that. that is th that is they only focuses for their benefit not for the agent i rate this company 1 kasi they friend works there and she told me that her coach does not support her. too bad, the coaches affects the name of the company. better to train them thoroughly to support agents i applied at this company but quitted during training coz there are a lot of updates and the PRODUCT IS TOO COMPLICATED INFORMATION OVERLOAD. you better RAISE THE WAGE if the agent needs to do a lot of things! equipment sucks, workplace is too cozy, nakakatamad... palitan naman nyo ung envrionment. kala niyo mataas salary dito? its only 12k!!! tapos sa medical sundutin ang butas ng pwet?? ouch ang sakit nun, ayoko na maulit un! i hope the higher management hears this or the executive office, a lot of tLs are not doing their jobs. if caller is irate and asks for a supervisor, tLs will try to barge the call and if qa is not listening they will tell the agent to do whatever they wi they will tell the agent to do whatever they wish,of course agents don't want to talk with customers like that and they will RELEASE THE CALL...VERY UNPROFESSIONAL we come to work to learn what we need to learn,i try to ask the tL about some question which is new to me. tL barged the call and he said it's ok. i never got an answer to my question. i did not learn anything from him. katakot pala mag apply d2, not supporting their agents. well about sa supervisor call,if tLs are talking to customers and if there's no qa listening. babastusin nila ung customer at threat nila yun. very unprofessional di ba? dnt go hir mga tsong! you will not learn from this company! di ba dito yung kulat na call kung saan minura ny AGENT yung Cust tapos umiyak sha? hahaha BEST Managed Co! Imagine, 1 year na ang agent HINDI PA RIN REGULAR! Keep it up! Dont bother applying! walang kwenta! good try, but theres a slice of truth in it...malakas ang hangin ng mga tao din.. pero kung kumausap din sa customer parang basang sisiw and would squeeze the CSR. palakas!!! pakapalan... bulol naman at TH mag englis..mukhang mga bonjing pa!!! in fairness I was called by HR the week after my last interview and was told to go their office immediately for contract signing already (even though they knew that I am still employed) without discussing the compensation package. When I went to their office, I have I went to their office and waited 4 hours to see my contract. To my dismay, HR offered 20% less of my current salary and required to start the training in 3 days. I turned down the offered coz one of the applicants who passed the interview w/o any BPO ex One of the applicants who passed the interview w/o any BPO experience was offered higher than me (with the same jobgrade) bcoz she knows someone from HR. I have worked hard for 4 years to be good in my field and its not worth it. actually there is no problem with th company.. im working here for the last 15 months.. the problem would be on their client.. which is an internet account.. the service really sucks.. wala kang marerecieve na call kundi puro complaint of having no intern wag naman kayong ganyan... mga bad kayo ha..hehehe.. our summer job has just ended... I enjoyed it... ^___^ ePLDT is a good place. Lahat lang ng nag co comment ng masa eh yung 1- pala absent tapos na terminate, 2-not all TL's can accomodate all the agents. If you're a good agent di mo na kailangan ng sup for your call, 3- ibang call center nga mataas salary la namang benefits, 4-im sure lahat ng masama ang comment kayo yung hindi na regular. Regular employees are satisfied and knows how to be content mga mukhang PERA lang ang hindi..Bwahaha... ...da fort branch i think la namang problem ng ganyan..I repeat ang mga tinangal lang sa trabaho, laging late, laging may discussion log, pala absent ang malakas mag reklamo.. Pakshet!! 12k lang starting dito.. 500 allow.. hindi kaagad nireregular employee even though you working na for more than 6 months certainly not a place to stay low salary HIGH 5 TO WILMA LATADE, COACH, TECH SUPPORT. Parlance HR Recruitment is the best. Especially JM.... He's a Hottie!!! Ventus is one of the biggest call center companies in the Philippines, and is backed by PLDT. It may have its downside, but all companies do have their share of negative feedbacks. But if you want to start a career, you might as well start here. I've been with four call center companies but this one is the worst when it comes to coordination with other dept. I had a two day training at MGO and we signed a MOA that we'll be paid in 3 weeks time but it's been 3 months and up to now we keep on calling and going to their office and they said it's still processing. They keep on passing us to different person who doesn't know a thing. This makes me want to complain to Dole.
