eData Services is an American owned and operated trans-national outsourcing, transcription, and information management company. eData Services is committed to providing superior back-office services to the healthcare, legal, accounting, and insurance industries.
eData‘s Philippine office is located in Makati, the heart of Manila’s business district. By outsourcing their back-office operations to eData, clients benefit by eliminating the high cost of U.S. salaries and benefits, recruitment and training, office space and sophisticated equipment. All of these savings are accomplished without compromising quality.
eData Services employs only highly trained professionals such as physicians, registered nurses and physical therapists to do medical transcription, law students and lawyers to do legal transcription, and certified accountants to do accounting tasks.
eData Services uses only state of the art equipment and technology for completing our tasks and transferring work between the United States and the Philippines. All work is performed in our offices utilizing Pentium III computers and Microsoft software. To ensure the safety of data, eData Services maintains several levels of backup servers and power supplies. Work is transmitted between our clients and eData through our encrypted FTP site, by email or through our website.
