Xynet is a member of RL Group of Companies which presently engaged in overseas recruitment/placement service providers/overseas technical skills exchange of technology/information and communications technology/public transport services (bus operators)/banking and financial services/International training (professional, medical staffing and allied services).

Xynet was conceptualized and established as RL Group of Companies respond to the immediate challenge of the opportunities provided by the call center industry and the medical transcription industry. These industries are two of the most dynamic industries creating job opportunities and foreign investments for the Philippines at the present.

Xynet fittingly is composed of two divisions. The Call Center Division shall train and supply call center agents who are equipped with the skills and capabilities responsive to the needs of the call center industry. The Medical Transcription division shall train and supply medical transcriptionists who are equipped with the capabilities to the needs of medical transcription companies.
