applying to a call center thru this company is not recommendable. if u fail in one endorsement, they won't bother trying to send u into another other call center. u may also only reapply after 3 months.
their HR site in Libis sucks. i was able to pass everything & was even endorsed when i applied in their makati site, but in qc, they seem discriminating if u can't speak clearly bec. of your colds. badtrip, galing pa ako ng cavite nun
