WizTel Inc., a private company, was incorporated July 16, 1999, under the Canada Business Corporation Act. WizTel is a VoIP Services Provider, provisionally licensed by the CRTC as a Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC).

Operating globally from Toronto, Canada, Wiztel was formed specifically to serve the emerging VoIP market. WizTel offers A-Z (all calling regions) VoIP calling routes to national telecommunications carriers and commercial and residential end users. WizTel also offers VoIP based long distance calling cards and VoIP end user equipment (specifically Mobile WiFi VoIP phones).

WizTel`s is a highly reputable telecommunications (VoIP) services provider very active in the global wholesale market. Wiztel has forged a high value supply pool and a robust delivery platform to provide high volume, high quality wholesale services at competitive rates with professional support and systems. From delivery to billing Wiztel is equally capable of serving 1 E1 or 100.

Wherever possible, Wiztel`s wholesale services are comprised of Tier 1 suppliers offering the highest ASR, PDD and ACD for all routes.
