VoiceOne through its nationwide advanced MPLS (multi-protocol label switching) VoiceOne Network is a wholesale only "carrier's carrier," providing wholesale broadband voice services, origination / termination services and advanced IP-based applications directly to carriers and service providers, including IXCs (InterExchange Carriers), CLECs (Competitive Local Exchange Carriers), ISPs (Internet Service Providers), cable operators and enhanced voice and data service providers.

VoiceOne customers can connect to VoiceOne from multiple access points nationwide, or via IP trunking. We provide all interconnections between carriers, and support standardized carrier protocols. VoiceOne provides the mediation and transport of signaling and media, allowing customers to provide such capabilities as packet interconnection to their customers without having to deploy supporting interfaces into their network.

VoiceOne has a uniquely positioned, high-demand wholesale broadband voice service that enables service providers, carriers and cable operators to bundle local and long distance voice services along with a full suite of advanced hosted calling features including: digital voicemail, music on-hold, caller ID, call waiting, call return, three-way calling, repeat dialing, call transfer, caller ID block and virtual phone numbers. VoiceOne's status as a licensed facilities-based CLEC and IXC removes any concerns about regulatory uncertainties and allows VoiceOne to provide 911 emergency service, directory listing service, local number portability and telephone numbers that are listed in the telephone directory. VoiceOne also provides its customers with a customized web interface that lets subscribers sign-up online for the service, as well as add or change features -- virtually eliminating operational and support issues.
