Vocativ Systems, Inc. (VSI) is a pioneer in the Philippines' customer service outsourcing industry. This call center facility provides customer interaction center services for TeleTech Holdings, Inc., a leading global provider of customer relationship management services.

VSI has a telephone, data and computer system designed to receive large volumes of data communications, voice calls, e-mails, web chat sessions, web co-browse sessions and other information delivered through electronic means. The system is manned in accordance to pre-defined customer service guidelines as agreed upon with the outsourcing client.

VSI's 500-seat facility is capable of expanding up to 800 seats, and has recently lauched full commercial operations.

i strongly agree!maraming sa company na ito, more than 6 months ka ng probi,wala pa rin,extend lang ng extend tapos palalabasin pa nila na nawawala ung contrata para lang magsimula ulit probi contracts. ayos talaga!
