I was a part of batch 1... well what i can say it ... it was the worst call center i've worked w/ they would give you better pay and promote you if you are a "slammer" or scammer.. that is VXI's mentallity.. mawawala ang respeto mo sa sarili kung d2 ka ma

A good call center, but not perfect. Most people here are nice. If they are not, these people are probably from someplace else. Sadly, VXI doesn't need people like these.
I wish they would train their department bosses better about leadership. Lots of politicking going on between departments when I was there. They even break their own rules and bring their problems to work.

Trainers are good, but they lack training time here. They put you in action after 2 weeks. I don't like some of the young agents here for their arrogance, lack of respect, sensitivity and rule breaking.
