Virbiage's Softphone was released in late 2003 and it's user base has grown from a few hundred into the hundreds of thousands within a short while. They followed up this great success with the release of their USB IP phone in 2004 and the new 3010 ATA which has just been released at CeBIT Australia 2005.

The majority of their previous VoIP systems have all been "under the line" developments. In these cases they have provided design assistance and complete product concepts to other companies, primarily in Australia and Asia. Virbiage's designs have been widely used under many different names and brands.

Virbiage's team has great expertise in the development and deployment of Internet based VoIP systems and services as well as electronic hardware design and embedded systems.

The R&D team consists of highly motivated independent thinkers who have experience in many different areas of Internet technology.
