Through our 3rd party contact center Xie Yin Communication Services, VCS provides direct relationship marketing, CRM consulting, and database marketing services from planning to execution. We service foreign and local clients in the insurance, banking, telecom, home electronics, catalog shopping and IT industries in our 550 seat call center in Shanghai. VCS takes advantage of operational best practices brought from the U.S., Japan and Europe by its international management team.
