I'm currently employed in another call center which has really great benifits and give value to their employees. in Tou Asia, they don't even clean their carpets and you'll. I've been sick in the place for how many times. they keep on p promising on something which cannot provide on time. Promising an agent that will lead to nothing. Team Leaders are very unprofessional. They will shout and yell at you if you've done something wrong even just small things... its a sort of favoritism... they only have 1 client and if they'll be needing agents, they will hire but they'll be needing less hours then they'll be terminating those people who were at the bottom. correct me if i'm wrong. to those agents who left touch asia and to those who are c currenlty employes, for sure you're suffering. over all rating from 1-5 and 1 is the lowest, i'll give them 1. -cebu agent i mean employed.... not (employes) poor compensation!no benefits..u guys dont waste ur tym applying in this silly company!if the rating if from 1-5 and 5 is the highest they wouldnt even pass a 0! If you happened to work there and your account is not FTI, sahod nyo P4500 lang .. nakaka bobo pa kasi verbatim.. trust me,sayang lang pagod nyo isa pa may account sla dyan they sell magazine,scam po yang account na yan..kasi yong mga free item(cd player etc)hndi nakukuha ng customer.. good luck to this company...this is a scam company.they never pay or give their agents' last pay. I was a TouchAsia agent for quiet some time;when I left the company for greener pasture(coz in TA it is a dessert) they didn't pay me with my last pay imaging 1 month? Ridiculous.
