Dont waste you time going to this stupid agency...cause you're just gonna waste your time and after they were giving you your referral you still undergo to the company procedure...hahahahaha
This company wastes your time.
Only one person in their executive search department has any call center experience, and she was a team leader or something.
This is really a third-rate company and a parasite on the call center industry. Call centers would do well to recruit on their own, rather than waste their time with these guys.
Anyone who has any skills at all can apply directly with any call center and not waste your time with recruiters like this one.
No class, no professionalism...no kidding.

I applied at this company 2 yrs ago. I was endorsed immediately to convergys which is a good company. if not for this recruitment agency i could have not worked with one of the top callcenters in the country.
Why didn't you have the common sense to go apply to Convergys yourself, you moron? This company is a total joke!
