The level of service that Tel Comm One's clients received was unacceptable. In 2004 Tel Comm One began offering a superior VoIP service to our clients. The datacenter that houses our servers is located in Boca Raton, Fl. and contains 3 redundant OC-12 Bellsouth fiber optic rings to multiple central offices and 1 Telcove diverse entry OC-12 Ring. This provides unparalleled backbone connectivity via Gigabit Ethernet and peering arrangements with AT&T, Level3, MCI/UUNET, Sprint and over 175 additional peering partners throughout the United States. The entire network was designed for VoIP, ensuring minimum latency to anywhere on the internet.
