TRX Telecommunications, Inc. was formed in 2005 to assist ITSPs, content providers and related telephone service companies to see a lower cost while still maintaining a high quality of service. TRX Telecommunications is a CLEC (a certified phone company) which enables them to pay a small amount to their customers for receiving local or sending tollfree traffic on the PSTN (the phone network). TRX Telecommunications share part of this money with their customers in the hopes of encouraging new services and innovations, effectively removing the cost obstacles and providing an immediate revenue stream for ideas that may otherwise not ever see the light of day. TRX Telecommunications caters largely to businesses, however they have no objections to individuals using their services.
