As part of TRG’s entry into the Philippines, TRG also announced the acquisition of Callworx Philippines, Inc. (“Callworx”) through its wholly owned subsidiary, TRG Philippines, Inc. which has acquired 100% of the stock of Callworx. Headquartered in Manila, Callworx is a leading Philippine CRM company with an existing infrastructure of 500 workstations and US and Australia based customers. The transaction represents TRG’s fourteenth acquisition to date and the tenth acquisition in the last eighteen months.

Don't waste your time here, grabe ang turnover ng agents and team leads, baba sweldo, wlang perks tapos palagi ka pa tatakutin na pag di mo nakuha quota tsugi ka agad!
inutil ang campaign dito. meron naka kuha ng 9k na commission pero binigay 150 lang para daw lahat ng agent mabigyan ng campaign. burat!

TRG sabi nila is partly owned by the government kaya mga tao dito kurakot din.. bulok na nga facilities, di pa maibigay ng maayos ang sweldo ng mga ahente.. mataas din ang attrition rate nila, kase pag sa tingin nila, wala kang kwenta para sa frekin growt

walang ginagawa ang HR. kahit puro late at absent nareregular. At kahit naka PIP na at umabsent di pa rin matatanggal kaya malakas loob ng mga agents umabsent at magpalate.

One of the best call center! They hire the best. Carlson agents are the best! To be in Carlson account, you should be the best TRG agent. Salary also depends on your account, so they have to be one of the best first before they enter the Carlson world..ha

There has been a vast improvement in TRG since Ken Hahn assumed the Country Manager post. If they have new campaigns, TRG is worth another try.
