Lalo na si SHUJA KEEN! He's an A-HOLE with zero people skills and an absolute jerk. Go back to Pakistan where u belong. They hire the best. Carlson agents are the best! To be in Carlson account, you should be the best TRG agent. Salary also depends on your account, so they have to be one of the best first before they enter the Carlson world..ha Charter Account is the best! na promote as coach ? u dont even know how to speak good english . eewww There has been a vast improvement in TRG since Ken Hahn assumed the Country Manager post. If they have new campaigns, TRG is worth another try. The greatest Company i've worked for What's more important is where TRG is right now and with Ken Hahn's leadership and his excellent management team, no doubt TRG will be a force to reckon with in the BPO industry. TRG may not be as big as other call centers in the Philippines but it has the best work environment! All the nice people work here! It's like working for a family business! Ang ganda na ng management ngayon simula nung hinire nila mga ppl from convergys. Ang ayos na ng system and mejo mas strict na sila ngayon sa interview. Maganda na ung place, ung quality as a call center, walang ng prob sa payroll, and na weed out na ung MY BIGGEST MISTAKE, IS WHEN I RESIGNED... TRG IS A NICE COMPANY...
