Correct mababa nga and sahod dito kaya lang gusto ko yung account at yung client,,,,kaya tyaga lang ako.... sana taasan nila para sulit naman yung byahe ko na 1 and half hour 1 way.

May mga epal din pala dian noh. kalka ko sa IBM Daksh lang. Dun nga may mga TL daw na epal sabi ng friend ko sa eBay chat. Lapit na nga nilang abangan yung isang TL.

TELUS management should not only promote employee that has a good stats but also with good moral. Call center is boomign and soon you'll look after good people and not sip-sip.

I dont recommend working in Telus. Napaka walang professionalism mga tao dito. Yung isang sales coach na babalu, Raech yata ang name, akala mo mga tambay sa kanto ang kausap, laging nakasigaw. I dont mind losing my job kung kagaya niya ang makakasama ko.
