SM eVentures, Inc. is managed by the most incompetent call center executive named George Yang that the industry has to offer. His centers are poorly managed and his agents are underpaid. Sweat-shop type of operation. Don't waste your time and money... all SM call centers offer free hot meals, vitamins and coffee... most off all stable accounts and fantastic leaders! The Roces branch is like home sweet home! very discreet! Manila branch is old due to the bldg itself is old and Ortigas branch is typical CC. sm owns the best malls in the country, the largest bank in the country, real estates and eventually the best call centers! People BEWARE! George Yang and Diane Gonzales are two of the greediest and unprofessional cc directors in the industry. Ask the CCAP big players - George and Diane have been having a hot affair for the past couple of years, and grabe sa pagka-unfair mag-t Grabe unfair treatment sa managers, pag di ka na nila type -gagawan ka ng kwento para matanggal ka. Check nyo sa DOLE, daming kaso. Ingat kayo kay Diane, KABIT ni George Yang! some of their employees are nice, some are not,they're losing a lot of potential agent's b'coz of their ill company policy!33k strings attached on u for 9 month's,yeah that's normal, the problem is if they decided to terminate you,you still have to pay fo pangit ang facility tapos baba ng sweldo. ndi pa marunong mga trainors diba puro bading dyan sa center na yan? mga dept heads kasi from operations, qa at it bading! wait tibo pala yung sa training! hahahaha! nakakaloka kayo. George Yang, the CEO of SM call centers is probably the greatest CEO i have ever worked with. (great mind)Although i am not connected with any of these call center anymore i may say that you will not regret working with them. I knew many people who used t Si GY mabangis, genius talaga. Marami ka matututunan, nakakabilib paniniwala nya. Isa ko sa mga unang IT sa SM manila and kung oofferan akong maging IT Director hehe baka pagisipan ko. LOL!!! Well I can say that all of them are plastic From GY, Dianne, Mike Bautista,Jovy and their incompetent supervisors who follows them. mga uto-uto. Iniwan nila sa ere yung kanilang mga agents at nilagay sa alanganin... MAKARMA sana kayo smeventures? san ka makakakita ng cll center na walang man lang website? BOGUS ETO. so beware of sm eventures mababa mgpasahod. kung pwede pa lng they would say to you thank you.
