RSC has a well-experienced specification team that has stream lined the process in doing business with their dealer clients. This leads to an easy and no hassle relationship. Every employee of RSC brings many years of office furniture design and specification experience. They also come from a dealership and/or manufacturer background so they understand the daily intricacies in which dealers go through. They are constantly updating their skills through manufacturer updates as well as training by the manufacturers representatives and factory personnel.

Some of the most common reasons to use RSC include the ability to produce quick turnaround times to your clients, to alleviate an overload situation in your design department and to take advantage of increased cost effectiveness of outsourcing instead of carrying internal overhead.

In 2004, RSC expanded their service offerings to include Project Management and Marketing Services. These new offerings give dealers and manufacturers more areas in which to control their bottom line while increasing productivity.
