RMH made the biggest mistake when they hired GLENDA GARZON, a former STL from another call center. they didn't know that this person got a preventive suspension for 30 days and almost got terminated because of harrasing an agent, fortunately for her they taga MSN ako.shet petix mode d2.libre pa food RMH...payroll dispute to the nth power!!! This company is one of the worst. My sister worked for this Company. One time, on her duty she discovered that she have a sore eyes. After consulting with the company doctor, she was advised to take a rest for 2 days. After 2,sore eyes is still there Worst ever.....doesn't care with employees....a lot of payroll dispute....does not remit taxes...does not remit sss remittances....regretful working in this kind of company.... payroll disputes. got promoted early and i worked more than 12 hours a day. OT's are not compensated. i'm a team manager, earned only, 8k per pay day. not worth it for a 12hour stressful work environment. one time i got sick, the clinic sent me home to ANG BABAHO NYONG MAGENGLISH!! BWISET wait, wait, wait, she HAVE A SORE EYES? hanggang ngayon meron pa rin sya? I totally pity her... HR people are soooo showoff!!! they were shouting at eachother along the hallway with their crooked english and pinilit n slang. nakakahiya!! The girl they were accussing of getting a suspension was my boss from that company and i am not aware of what's posted here.im still in that call center and she's remembered to be the TL who lead her team to the#1 spot for 3 consecutive months!what harras a company was stupid to let RICHARD BROJAN stay longer in their company and ACCENTURE is even more stupid for taking him. This man is a SWINDLER and was even suspended due to FRAUD.He manipulated his team's numbers to get and incentive.Nakakahiya! promised basic pay... 18K!!! but hey..we're not getting it.. every pay is like having basic of 12k..We dont get encouragement from the management..yet they give lies and just doing run-arounds. Politics!?yeah... so high! you really have to be like a linta Is there any site here na pwede ako magpasa ng resume? Just wonderin'☺ I want to be a part of your company Chaka nyo! Bitter lang kayo! Puro reklamo lang ang alam nyo gawin kaya indi kayo na ppromote. NCO knows how to take care of their people who work hard! I'm actually earning more than I should. I was only 21 when i started earning more than 30K per month. Ok dito sa RMH.. They really know how to take care of their people.. Daming career advancement training offered para sa mga gustong ma promote and of course madami din citations sa mga puro reklamo lang ang alam gawin. I was only 21 when i started earning more than 30K per month. 12k ung take home ko but it's ok kasi 26 pay outs per year naman. I don't care if the taxes are high. Problem ng government yan and not RMH's. Agent goes to work drunk is now an Operations Manager. Agent caught sleeping gets promoted to Operations Manager. Sleepy agent with talent for graphic design promoted to Team Manager. I waited 2 years with good performance. What meritocracy are they re my sis works here.taps nalipat sila sa taguig.worst thing is that wala na silang bus na service di pa masarap ung food hehehe.then madissolve pa yuing accnt nila grabe sinauang lang nila yung effort nila na ilang months na nalipat tpos iba nanaman.all in It's fun to be with RMH / NCO Group ive been been with NCO for almost 3 years but i still enojy working with them...normal lng kc ung mga reklamo nu,,,khit saang company my disputes and dna ksalanan ng NCO ang tungkol s tax nu!!!!!non-performers lng cguro kya!!!!im receiving more than what NCO has its ups and downs, the environement is ok and the workmates are good, but there are cases when the Senior Team Managers (Marvin Chua) of capital one are just not the right person for the job, He deliberateley bad mouths and threatens us with our r Ooopps you peeps should undergo english enhancement training. Now i know why didnt make it here, tamang language barrier....what a shame to display such an obnoxious behavior.
