poor recruitment process
Im not with this company but, one of my agent transffered here because of the location, since his family are in qc and going to work will only take him one ride away, coming from Sykes Asia he decided to take this job, It was the biggest mistake he made,

RMH made the biggest mistake when they hired GLENDA GARZON, a former STL from another call center. they didn't know that this person got a preventive suspension for 30 days and almost got terminated because of harrasing an agent, fortunately for her they

This company is one of the worst. My sister worked for this Company. One time, on her duty she discovered that she have a sore eyes. After consulting with the company doctor, she was advised to take a rest for 2 days. After 2,sore eyes is still there
Worst ever.....doesn't care with employees....a lot of payroll dispute....does not remit taxes...does not remit sss remittances....regretful working in this kind of company....
payroll disputes. got promoted early and i worked more than 12 hours a day. OT's are not compensated. i'm a team manager, earned only, 8k per pay day. not worth it for a 12hour stressful work environment.

a company was stupid to let RICHARD BROJAN stay longer in their company and ACCENTURE is even more stupid for taking him. This man is a SWINDLER and was even suspended due to FRAUD.He manipulated his team's numbers to get and incentive.Nakakahiya!

Chaka nyo! Bitter lang kayo! Puro reklamo lang ang alam nyo gawin kaya indi kayo na ppromote. NCO knows how to take care of their people who work hard! I'm actually earning more than I should. I was only 21 when i started earning more than 30K per month.
Ok dito sa RMH.. They really know how to take care of their people.. Daming career advancement training offered para sa mga gustong ma promote and of course madami din citations sa mga puro reklamo lang ang alam gawin.
