The company was formed in 1994 under the name Telemark Corporation.
Originally, Telemark provided only IVR services to an array of key clients and eventually expanded to billing, Call Center and SMS services as well. Our firm has always concentrated on providing the highest quality services at the most competitive pricing in the industry which became two competitive advantages that are allowing the company to expand further.
Based on previous successes, in 2002, Telemark created Qualfon to provide new offers and services specifically business process outsourcing like: customer service, tech support, collections, lead generation and back office support via multiple channels like: voice, fax, chat, email, web, paper and SMS.
Today the Group is still privately held with it\'s shareholders operating most of the companies. The Group has direct or indirect presence in almost every country in the American Continent through one or more of it’s subsidiaries and just recently expanded to Asia in Philippines.
Qualfon provides the following services:
- Inbound or outbound live agent’s telephone contact management.
- Web, chat, e-mail, fax, paper or SMS inbound or outbound live or automated contact management.
- Inbound or outbound automated contact management IVR.
- Database creation, update and processing via live agents or automated via voice, fax, e-mail, chat, paper or SMS.
- Mail and Email production and delivery.
- Logistics\' coordination.
All services offered in Spanish, English or bilingual.
Technology:
- Avaya, Appex and pc based PBX, ACD and IVR systems with close to 5,000 ports.
- Servers with operating systems based on Unix, Linux, Novell, Microsoft and other.
- CMS and SQL based capturing and reporting tools using local, web based or Citrix ran applications locally or remotely allowing for voice and application monitoring and recording.
- TDMA, ISDN and VOIP voice protocols using point to point, open or VPN connections based on Cisco technology.
- Cisco based VPNs, Voice Gateways, Switches and Routers.
In general, flexible and adaptable technology to serve our client\'s needs with more than 1,800 seats and 3,000 total capacity.

I heard Qualfon is expanding. They are looking for more CSR/TSRs to fill in 1000+ seats.
Anyone as long as you're 18 years old and up can apply to Qualfon. They are not so strict in English as in... Don't worry! The exam is so so chicken... ^_^

i've been working in qualfon for 7 months now....the worst call center on the face of earth!!!!
they are still hiring everyday and i think they cater 40 applicants a day. they conduct initial interviews for walk in applicants 2 or 3 pm everyday.
God! help me with this company... Job cant make my life better.

i think u guys got it wrong..it's already confirmed that qualfon will transfer to skyrise 3 and theyll be occupying 4 floors. that's y they need to fill in 1000+ seats. unfortunately for those who resigned coz theyre having stress n ther new accounts. lol
