worst ever ... worst management. worst targets..impersonal and unprofessional team leads. Sheila Ching, one of TLs, napaka arogante wala nman alam. HR inutil..nagreresin mga tao sa sobrang panget ng management. don't ever try to apply here...i got an almost perfect score in their assessments and i have american accent (duh i'm fr sykes) and they didn't accept me??!!!! di ok. you should remove sheila ching and max ortega. ang yayabang sobra. they are saying stuff about other people. di yata tama. management has to do something with sheila ching and max ortega. sobra! napaka unprofessional! grabe ang attrition rate, weekly may nagreresign. mga magagaling na empleyado, tinatanggal. naiiwan ang mga arogante. di tama yun hay i WAS an employee of perot systems. this is the worst company EVER!!! tama mga nagcomment na yan. yang si shiela, sya pa nageencourage na hulaan na lang ang mga pinoprocess na claims. napakasama ng ugali, walang ni kaunting professionalism sa katawan. cant help but agree with the comment! hahahaha This company has a big potential lalo na pag naalis dyan yung mga latak ng ACS at HTMT Joey Capco, Max Ortega, Sheila Ching, MArco Liwanag at yung mga TL na walang alam lalo na si Jessie Castro...lang ya eh kabobo nitong mga ito. maganda kaya dito? great company, great culture...the bosses are cool. small lang dito sa manila, which is fine with me kasi lahat halos magkaka kilala. di lang masyado mataas sweldo ng agents. heard managers have huge salaries though. mon to fri shift weekends off whic i like working here in fairness unlike other call centers, the schedule is fixed with sat sun off hi, i am a trainee of perot. i'm quite shocked to see the comments above esp. of the names i know from other companies...it's so not true. siguro tinanggal sila ng perot for imcompetence max ortega, sheila ching and joey capco are not from ACS or HTMT. kilala nyo ba talaga sila? they are the best people to work with!! Btw, i am still with Perot Masyado mataas ang standards ng performance kaya madaming natatanggal. Ganyan naman tlaga pag top rated company, they only retain good people :) Di daw okay??? Hello!? Contented me naman, coz d ofc is located in d heart of mkt where i want 2 work tlaga Joey Capco is the coolest Boss!! Kaka shock naman yung mga comments sa taas. Di na namin naabutan sila pero lam namin dami natanggal dati dahil sa Performance. Wala yan sa galing mag english nasa ANALYTICAL SKILLS yan!! Okey sana d2 kung dagdagan nila sweldo tutal mahirap ginagawa ng mga agents. Masaya magpa party lalo na nung xmas --yehh okay naman working with PerotSystems. i was referred by my friend dito. okay ang mga tao. cool. tsaka okay ang benefits. just wondering kung bakit ganun na lang ung comments sa taas. ive met those people mentioned... okay naman sila. hayy some people tlag good company!!! so far, ganda naman exp ko sa perot, from the time nag-apply ako hanggang dumating ako production, challenging sobra work, di nakakabobo. ok lng kya d2? i want to apply in a call center but im not that good in conversing in english.. any advices? thanks haha.. parang kilala ko nagcomment ng magaganda dyan ah. i think somebody's patting their own back. ANG BAHO NG HININGA NI SHIELA CHING!!! may lva training naman so don't be scared to apply :) hahaha! wiz nyo nalang initindihin mga nega ppl, yun sguro yung mga poor performers na na-tsugi ng PEROT! I can see myself staying with Perot for a long time I like the culture and the values they uphold. I've nothing bad to say. i've been with this company just for six months. i really like the people in this company. they are all nice and humble. I really miss them especiall my Tenet family..gogogo.
