The Parlance call center uses PLDT International's global point of presence infrastructure that hauls both voice and data from the US continent directly to the Philippines.

I worked in Parlance for almost two years and I was not given any Philhealth card but there is a monthly deduction for that.
Now I already resigned and it took me almost 5 months to get my back pay nobody is answering my calls when I call the back pay h
