They have this so called "level 1, 2, & 3.. Hired applicants with no call center exp will get initial offer of 14k. Applicants wid at least 6 mos.exp get 16k...if you apply with 7 mos. up exp. you'll get 18k. My initial Pacific hub is the #1 verizon vendor as of last year.. then when the campaign had its expansion.. they pirated those agents from other companies dialling verizon... they offered them with positions and great compensation packages far above from the salari C rico??? i knw him... he's nice nman ah... ndi nman kasalanan mbaba IQ d b??? It's the end of cut off and some reps were escalated due to performance. I would understand if it's really on reps part why they are escalated and given proper reprimand. Justice should always be imposed wherever, whenever you are existing in such worl I've been evaluating facts about these supervisors specifically on Superpages.com. Two specific Teams under Rolands Div and one under Ana's Div. These Teams are really the contributing factors why these number of reps were not productive and delivering He used to get the spiff of his reps especially when if it's a special spiff like P500 per sale on Top of the spiff or during the Power Hour... I remember when his reps signed in on the spiff report and suddenly he asked directly from the rep (newbies) The reps were just obedient enough to give..but it's not just once but several times and it is the usual Practice of Mr. Balao on the spiff of his reps....same thing when he got the call and escalated to him..he usually get the spiff of the reps. Anot Masasayang lang yan ibigay mo na lang kay Erzen, Edwin or other reps for commission....He even asked a percentage of the said commission if there is...Lately just this cut off he usually asked newbie to make a sale for most of his reps (vets) are not y don't think these GOOD PRACTICE of IAN BALAO is really doing good for his Team and for the account itself. He is very " Gahaman sa Pera" wala na ba tong makain para magnakaw harap harapan sa mga reps nya.....Kawawa naman ang mga reps instead of just Apprehension is always there whenever they will have sales. Is this for me or be given again with those favorite reps of my sup? Damn you Mr. Balao..you can really afford to do that ha! You don't have place on this account or in the company as a whole. Please let this sup be given proper investigation and given at least ways for him to get rid himself......I really those reps who don't deserve what is best for them. Fortunately I do have a better sup that supports me all through out and provide me w Anyways, this is not his first time to do this, several times even those times under Kookai's Div and he really don't care and it continuously doing coz it's already part of his system...Look at him now.........Reps were inially glad and felt a bit hap He only care for his original and favorite reps and letting others to invade their groups. No updates given to the rest and nothing to help his people. He is the worst sup in the company!!!! Other sups please wake up and mold your reps to be somebody a Isn't it your conscience if your reps failed...It would always mirror your job as their mentor and noted that this is your value on the floor. Please it is about to change and that change will definitely bring more impact and create more significance i We should always give a better working environment for our people for them to value the job we have shared.
