Oracy Concepts was formed by two Americans and three Filipinos looking to take the fear out of BPO for mid-level corporations.

After surveying the BPO industry for two years, their conclusions showed that in the Philippines there is a strong technical infrastructure, ample supply of college-educated staff, but a lack of Western-style leadership particularly in accomodating Western clients needs.

By providing an Western Management Team running day to day operations on site, Oracy Concepts will prove to have an advantage over its counterparts!

Oracy Concepts specialize in the development and procedures related to Business Process Outsourcing (BPO).

Among their core offerings are accounting, transcription, creative design, and outbound sales solutions. Oracy Concept's staff are trained professionals with a minimum of 3 years of experience in their field of expertise.
