HOW POOR! kawa2 ka pag dito k nag apply or nag work.. i'm telling you guys, sa halip na kumita ka, kaw pa pagki2taan.. t02o!!!! sobra..... PANGET n company! very poor company..... the only call center co. that wont give training allowance.. hehehe this company is only a training ground for those people who want to have experience in a call center.. 2weeks training without allowance and takenote you cannot sign a contract till you doesnt have show.. dats true dat they earned money from the employess..sucks...no overtime pay....Gosh just pray for them.... d salary is really low,, wwwwaaaaaa, its like you r wasting ur time,effort and money when you work here..believe me... if you dont have show, they will send you home, and u will discover dat you dont hve work n...very bad right!!!?? working in this company is like ur in hell!!! doomsday will start if you will be hired.................. if you realy want to have a better job pls think it first before u apply,they dont give commissions for their deserving agents kaya kinakarma eh,,,some of the superior are really rude to their agents sa lahat ng mga agents before nito u guys are lucky u h talaga bang ganun ka worst tong col center na to? for training pa lang ako eh panu ba yun? well anyways if you do good on the job naman diba nothing worst will happen pera na lang kung talagang ganun cla kalala ha.. but for me id still like to try i dont well.. some are true.. mostly bout poor company.. but.. baka kaya cla galit n galit kxe they;re not performing well.. harhar.. kaya un napapala nila... kahit san cla n call center magpunta.. deym.. wawa nmn cla.. fakof.. No doubt!!! This is the worst company at nagsisise talga akong napa apply ako dito sa company na to!! spending SIX (6) months para sa clearance at walang sistema talga ang management. I suggest not to apply on this company or you will regret it, i dont th Mag isip muna kayo ng 100x if gusto nyong mag apply dito. Two weeks pa lang tatanggalin ka na. Walang saysay ang contract nila. Hindi nasusunod. Pagmumurahin pa kayo ng mga TL nyo. Walang PROFESSIONALISM!!! Walang awa sa mga agents na nagpapakahirap na ma We have nothing but a culture of fear. The culture of One Global certainly has surpassed cultures of other contact centers. For one, no other call center in the Philippines would support the use of negative motivation, coupled with hissing, s talaga, true bang pangit dito ala kwenta d2.... wlang PROFFESIONALISM mga superior d2 Biruin mo wla n ngang bayad ang training Pag-Nalte ka bayad k daw ng 100.... ok b un??? share ko lng... Kaya pla madali ang Intial at Final Interview kc worst case scenario ang TraininG...if u are looking for job and earn money WAG ka DITO.. khit sa EXPI of Call center I CAN'T EVeN REcoomend. Direct Lines Phippines acct sucks.. yakiii.. wag kau d2, kawawa kau.. kung gusto nyo ma-accept agad for training sabihin nyo MAY RELATIVES KAU ABROAD (US,CNDA,HAWAII) pasok agad kau.HEHEHEHE Kaya lang wala allowance at di sure kung ma hire kau.. sayang lang gastos nyo.. MAAWA KAU SARILI NYO!! PLZ.. Mga Gago HR dito ! saka pangit ang management! I was accepted as a trainee. The interview process was easy. They accepted even those who can't speak English very well. This company is more than hell! ok sya kaso nga lang wlang saktong regulation of ths company, but actually matiyagaan mo s hirap b naman ng buhay mpa subo k s ganitong company, but we need t respect them wla tayong magagawa kc may power sila tayo applicante lamang, but guys alam ko yung ang ma i advice ko s inyo guys mg net kayo s mga gay sakyan nyo lang at mg ka pera p kayo n wlang sharing n mangyayari, chat lang kayo gabi-gabi. o kaya umaga nsa bahay p kayo relax pa unlike s call centre mauubusan kayo ng ingles halos malunok n ninyo an one global is one hell of company....lalo na yung sa DLP campaign nila....i've stayed for this company for 3 months grabe...and take note nag-RESIGN ako kasi sobra-sobra yung extension...imagine papasok kami ng 8 pauuwiin kami ng 11 or worst 12..lalo na p panget col center na itoh panget panget panget!!!!!! eww!!!ambaho ng cr nanglilimahid ampapanget ng mga mentenance sana lang may mga pogi sana tsaka may bacteria ung station ahhhhhmm. i just want you to know, that for those who want to expand their comfort zone.., i would recommend this company for you guys to get experience about call center specially in terms of OUTBOUND, coz one global give the best training for their agen mga adik ba kayo?!!!!!!!!!.... there's no easy job in this world!!! don't you know it?? my goshhh... one global is a great ground only for those successor's who can persist through hardship's,.. and take note.. their getting what they really deserve..
