Omnivoice was incorporated in November 2001 as a 100% Export Oriented Unit (EOU) and is registered with the Software Technologies Park of India (STPI) and Visakhapatnam Export Processing Zone (VEPZ). The permission to start a Contact Center was given by the Department of Telecommunications, Ministry of Communications, Government of India.
Omnivoice is operating in two shifts for Contact Centre operations and the third shift for the BPO services. The company is planning to expand its present operational capacity and is also planning to start its branches in the major cities within 3 to 5 months. The company is associated with Professional Companies in United States for Call Centre Training and uses their professionally designed courses to train its employees to suit the specific needs of the clients. Omnivoice is into Contact Center training for almost a year now.
