Nihan Technologies and Consultancy Ltd. was appointed as a reseller of Hewlett-Packard Co. of U.S.A & Dell Inc. of U.S.A back in 2002.Over the years MultiStar has played an important role to expand HP business and has significant contribution to popularize HP Products in Bangladesh.

NTCL covers wide range of Products from PC, Server, Laptop, Inkjet Printer, LaserJet Printer, Scanner, Design jet Printer, Network Product, Storage Device, Consumable product. MultiStar has developed strategic plans for implementation and operation of client services, product support, quality assurance, and training. Initiate and enforce strict professional controls addressing client’s needs and promotion of growth.

As a system integrator NTCL design and integration of software and hardware systems for operations. This included solution, support and maintenance for LAN, MAN, WAN & Internetwork clients. Resource personals of MultiStar has Eight years of combined experience in Information Technology with design network (LAN, MAN, WAN, InterNetwork) infrastructure, implementing & supporting, design network security, systems & server administration and training, Specialist in installing, managing, maintaining and troubleshooting of ISP, Networks, Internet/Network based Streaming Services like Video Conferencing, Internet Phone, VoIP in high-pressure situations under UNIX /Linux/Windows/Solaris. Accomplished and talented information technology professional with extensive management, project management and consulting experience. Have skillful staff with superb analytical skills. Broad technical background, which includes process/systems analysis and design for infrastructure technology groups. Experienced at benchmarking, capacity planning, project and resource management.
