Newfield Staff Solutions International (NSSI) is a professional development firm providing Contact Center Representatives for the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Industry, specifically for Contact Centers and BPO organizations. To optimize each Call Center trainee’s capabilities, NSSI employs:

* Highly interactive training, as there is Trainee-Trainer interaction 85% of the time.
* High standards for trainer qualifications, such as extensive ESL experience and Call Center know-how.

* Above-standard facilities such as audio-visual equipment and computer laboratory.

NSSI trains an impressive number of individuals per month for contact center positions and assists them in their application to local and international contact centers. The company is also the recipient of the 2005 Most Outstanding Call Center Training Provider Award from the prestigious Philippine Marketing Excellence Awards, and is duly recognized by the SEC (Security Exchange Commission).
