management in medicall are stupid. i was once there. full of politics.

Walang kwenta dito. Mga boss mahina mag isip. Presidente sumusunod lang sa desisyon ng mga tuta nya na palpak din mag isip. San ka makakakita ng CALL CENTER na QA Bulok, HR Bulok, Admin Bulok. Sa isang account 10 Agents 1 Supervisor 1 Team Leader 1 Floor

napaka politika sa company na to, lalo na yung mga trainers! bad trip cla. lalo na c Jill Veneracion at c Monette. MAgsama kayo dahil mga basura kayo!

basic pay here is 15k, with monthly allowance of 1500. with bond 6 months, increase upon regularization, after 6 months. kung nurse ka and apply ka with US lic, same pa din sa no lic salary. you do the same job as regular without incentives

Sayang itong kompanyang to kasi yung may ari niloloko nga mga trabahante nyang mga pinoy, nakakaawa.

correct ung nagcomment nito. sayang itong company na ito kasi kapwa pilipino ung nanghihila ng kapwa pilipino nya. supervisor sa Concentra Account ang sama ng ugali- di bagay sa position nya.
