Each of their call centers is equipped with fully predictive dialing software from TeleDirect. The system's intelligent pacing delivers a consistent flow of customer contacts with the relevant database information while screening out unproductive calls. The system's many features provide effective recalls, real-time integrated reporting, multiple dialing modes and results tracking tailored to client requirements. Changes to call scripts can be made in real time. Conversations can be digitally recorded using state-of-the-art technology.

The call centers are linked through a Virtual Private Network. All campaign information is backed-up daily and stored off-site in a fire-retardant vault. Computer and phone systems are equipped with UPS back-up systems.
