Diba online tutorial for korean...bakit ayaw disclose yun training period, salary, and benefits kahit you already pass the final interview. totoo ba yung mga sinsabi nyo? hehehehehehe! kasi andito ako ngayon eh! manloloko talaga itong Ivoline na ito! aba, hindi ba naman binigay yung last salary ko for January dahil nalaman nilang lilipat na ako ng ibang company! Yung kasama ko kasi binenta ako sa t.l ko! Andami pang mga feeling magagaling dyan! meron pang p I'm working in Ivoline right now... All I can say is that... If you'll just do your work properly then you'll have no problem with whatever it is that you should get from the company. People have been complaining a lot of things about Ivoline but I thin THIS COMPANY SUCKS this company really sucks! galing ako dito! then nung nagapply ako sa ibang online tutorial sabi nila that most of the EIA who came here are not doing good! this company is the worst company in the world. Why? A company must have organizational charts to know even just the name of the management...but IVOLINE doesn't even have this very simple one. There's so much power tripping in here and Koreans really su sobra naman kayo! paano naman yung gustong mag try sa company na ito. I believe your basis is just your own experience. IVOLINE sucks!!! no solid stucture and the staff is so passive!!! ivoline is very weak and unstable. the so-called team leaders keep saying different stories all that lead to empty promises. more so, you apply for one position then the HR "endorses you to another account", next thing u know u'r eliminaed! weaker than st Malayo ang mararating mo rito sa IVOLINE. hmmmmm????? pero natuto ako at iba pang teacher dito. iba na ang ivoline ngayon. pero regarding sa salary? ganun parin, problema parin ok na jan kahit papano kesa namn sa ILDAEIL-EDU,INC sa Trafalgar,kawawa kami dito,13th month namin this 2008,sa June 2009 pa maiibibigay,PESTE! walang kwenta dito. accent training kunukuno tapos kung anuanong pagagawa sa'yo at i-e-endorse ka daw sa ibang department. ni wala ngang contract signing after u pass the screening! manggagancho! lahat ng tao dito sa IVO ok lalo na mga EIA's,especially un matatagal na..naniniwla ako na ung mga nagsusulat d2 na puro negatives ay d regular sa IVO. kung d bagsak, may gnawang mali. is that true? susubukan ko pa man ding mag apply.. ok nman sa IVO ah! mga pasaway lang ang ma-react jan! Yun nga lang under parin ng Ivoline.. huhu... Hi Every1! Ahm, i just don't know why..But i must agree sa mga feedback ng mga nag post d2 ng comment. I mean , i feel bad kc 4 me lang huh unprofessional ung some lng naman ng employee d2.., then ung trainor na guy,ung karate expert ba un or whatever! , hi . im liza/ ?????? nagtaka ko kung bkit gnyan ang comment nyo? kaka aply ko nga lng sa ivoline. tlga bang ganun cla.. hmmmmmm parang mas naging interesado akong mag work dun magkano pla ang shod sa Ivoline? I worked in IVOLINE for two and a half years. I had encountered unfair treatment from the administrators like what other former and current employees are saying and I can attest to that. Earning 9,500 pesos a month plus an allowance which is retrogressive (for P2,500 going to P2,000 and probably now newbies receive only P1,500 for allowance) and an Incentive which can be deducted whenever they feel like doing so. I have resigned last February 2010 from IVOLINE for medical reasons. I have rendered 15 day period, which I had only incurred two half days due to doctor and laboratory testings. After 3 weeks of waiting to get my precious Certificate of Employment and my last pay, of which I don't expect much, I arrived before 9am in HR. I waited for an hour for the COE and yet I got a COE stating that I didn't passed the company required conditions. After working for two and a half years? And my pay, I have to wait for the Koreans to sign the check and I have to wait for two more hours. THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL GET FOR WORKING IN IVOLINE IN SPITE OF GOOD BEHAVIOR AND TENURE THAT YOU HAVE. I WARN THE PEOPLE WHO PLAN TO APPLY HERE, THINK TWICE....
