IRMC must re-evaluate their policy how to boost employee loyal and moral. THEY SHOULD PROMOTE AGENTS TO TL POSITIONS. STOP HIRING EXTERNAL TEAM LEAD POSITIONS! MAY EPAL NA BAGONG TL DYAN... I cant believe they erased all of the comments.
