All the account in IRMC are we managed except for one. Namely American Express ANZ which is managed by "Nik Desaj" who's making bad name for his country.
some people there in ANZ are friendly but management doesn't even have a slight consideration. the TLs there say they care. all they about is themselves not the agents.
one of the TLs started going emotional (nag drama pero nang power-trip lang).
IRMC must re-evaluate their policy how to boost employee loyal and moral. THEY SHOULD PROMOTE AGENTS TO TL POSITIONS. STOP HIRING EXTERNAL TEAM LEAD POSITIONS! MAY EPAL NA BAGONG TL DYAN...
