project here is 9000 a month minus the tax 3500 every 15 days of the month, regular 12,000 minus the tax 4500 na lang every 15 of the month. actually company na ito nagtitipid sa tao. kuha ng kuha ng account di naman ma support. no increase, may monthly
its a bpo of pldt they handle billing, phone repair, dsl. ok sana rito kahit papaano 12k+4k allowance monthly kaso wala sa lugar yung mga namumuno. lalo na yung kalbong nagrurunong runungan na manager kuno. pumangit na ang management ang dami nilang trial
kawawa naman yung mga empleyado dito. they give more work, without increasing. sana makonsensya sila.
Wala talaga magawa itong company na ito pati Alllowance ng agent, ginawang agent performance. marami na nga trabaho, maliit pa binibigay nila Salary.
