I learned a lot from Influent but the HR Dept. sucks! Forget about it. xuks ang haba ng description! the best thing about the company is, for first time call center agents this place is the best stepping stone for you... you get to know crap when you see one and you'll settle for anything else except influent, you also get to hone your skills, your self malupit na training ground! pda every week pag walang bent, tapos terminate na!!! Naku ok sana d2 sa center na ko kaso tama nga kayo ang HR dun grabe... it sucks! biru mo pati receptionist astang HR din lalo na sa makati yung Mafie Mojica don grabe napakalandi lahat yta ng agents linalandi and grabe nakikipag friends sa mga agents and ang panget dito...naku mga hr dito bastos...kala mo ke gaganda.....mukhang kupal naman eh....ang bobo....naku ingat n lang kau....................... ..mi friend has worked in dis company..kinakaltasna nila ng SSS pero hindi naka remit sa ss mismo!..ano b yan?!..eh d sana hindi nlng ngkalatas at ng hindi umasa ung tao!,..mas mi maganda png company sa iba..sasakit lng ulo neu sa company nito i heard influent is filing for bankcruptcy u know what there is no meal damn!!like construction workers cost cutting !!no aircon saving energy daw!dei dont know how to handle their sellers mismanagement from hr , qa's sups, and mga epals na low perfs testing. would like to see if this works before I submit an actual comment I've stayed with Influent for 3 llong years and just like other companies they have their flaws. I agree with the HR concerns because they dont reach out to the employees, are unapproachable and dumb--everytime you raise a concern, none of them can provid mukhang katulong un site manager nila mae pangalan. nora! go1 Influent is a hell! i've never been employed here but HR people are goddamn effin' arrogant who think they are better, and have the chutzpah to berate at newbies... c sir sir jake ang mabait at gwapo pa Well, perhaps the company just wants to emphasize its name. But since it's a call center, I guess it proves how faulty it truly is. ok d2, I worked for this co., for more than a year. the management & the employees are very nice, we work together as a team.petiks mode ka kung low performer ka. granted lahat ng wish mo at ipagta2ngol ka pa ng mga sup u if any problem arise. so far naging masaya naman ako d2 kaya tumagal me ng more than a year pero dahil maganda ang offer ng kabila I decided to transfer in onother call center na tumagal naman ng 1 year & 6 months-present.mahigpit ang training d2 sa influent serious ang mga trainor kaya ma222 ka talaga. free meal p. problema nga talaga d2 ang HR/ receptionist na kung umasta HR personel. d2 habang my call nakataas ang paa namin, nag ttxt , no dress code etc....kaya nung nalipat me sa ibang col center n magpahangang sa ngayon ay nand2 me p rin ay nahirapan me magadjust. nd ko pinagsisisihan n nakapagtrabaho ako d2.
