They have good quality people in the center. Very professional and courteous. Dont waste your time applying in this company there just gonna waste your time taking there stupid examination and then that's it there gonna call you again for the 2nd step of application after a month.... The process of application and interview is worth taking after all. They have warm people and environment. Sobrang na appreciate ko lang ang Incoho after I resigned and joined a bigger call center. The training that I went thru in Incoho is really something. We were doing collections kasi so we really got trained to be tough and assertive so medyo dinugo ang BULOK!!! ang HR dito!!! maghapon kang mag exam at paghihintayin sa wala tpos pauuwin kang hindi mo alam kung pasado ka o hindi i make it all the way till the final interview this is the worst call center i applied to! ang yabang ng V.P. feeling nya he know's everything, pagkatapos ng interview na turn off ako sa company na to, walang kuwenta!magsasayang lang kayo ng oras believe i'm a team leader here. the grilling you get is part of the selection. we do hard core collections and we require tough individuals, not cry babies. so if you couldn't handle the grilling in the final interview, you wouldn't like it/last here anyway. the VP seems to be a know-it-all guy. The exam was obsolete & the interview process was not really good. When I came to their office, I realized that Incoho is a small & strugglling one. who knows, they might even have scam accts. I didnt pushd thru w/ my Dun sa mga medyo di masyado naging maganda ang experience sa screening, i would understand your sentiments. But then, keep in mind na if you failed wether sa exam or interview by my former boss- Kyle, it still boils down na di kayo okay sa qualification n kung di kayo nag qualify eh di kayo okay sa qualification. ganun lang kadali yun. wag ng masyadong maraming sinasabi. ok mag work dito! except the VP, Alain Ariel Kyle Bendijo! Sobrang worst ang ugale, malakas mag power trip! nagtatanggal ng benefits kahit nakalagay sa contract! Sobrang sama ng ugale ang daming nagreresign monthly! ok naman mag work sa incoho and di lang okey eh yung VP, si ALAIN ARIEL KYLE BENDIJO. Sobrang unprofessional. Working here is okey.no choice eh. some people here are immature and very insecure of others.crab mentality talaga.kaya wala asenso kung ano2x kasi iniintindin ng management. Waste of time! KYLE BENDIJO-worst boss! Yung empleyado nya inoperahan at na confine na sa ospital pero pinilit padin nya papasuken, result- iika ika yung tao. Walang nagtatagal pati mga vets na magagaling umaalis sa baho ng ugale nya! Sana mareklamo si kyle sa labor! ang daming malpractice sa kumpanyang ito. Yung mga Vacation Leave ng mga empleyado tinatanggal nya pag bad mood siya. Walang kwentang tao. Sana di mangyari sa pamilya mo and ginagawa mo sa mga empleyado mo 5/5 OK naman sya.Sometimes we just have to put ourselves in other people’s shoes to understand them.It was a pleasure working for Incoho and my experience with this company helped me bag a job overseas :) 4/5 After we moved to Paseo, nag mellow na sya ng lagay na yan. In my 3+ years of stay with Incoho, never did he exercise his power trippings over me. He just let me and my team do our thing as long as we keep the client happy. 3/5 Although I was already an experienced agent when I joined Incoho - Perhaps, I’m just not the rebel type. And to those who say Kyle is a terror, yeah he is, but only to those who needs tweaking. You haven’t seen him during The Fort days. 2/5 I recommend Incoho to newly grads (and also those undergrads trying to gain work experience), as you will learn a lot when you work for this company. However, it is not ideal for those experienced or should I say “may sungay na”. 1/5 Incoho is not your typical call-centre. They may have small accounts but the agents feel a sense of responsibility when tasked to handle it. They produce good quality agents that are very well-rounded. I heart Incoho. They gave me responsibilities that maximized my professional skills. The Management, I can say, is not perfect but nice in general. We all have flaws. We just have to respect whoever is in authority and satisfaction will follow. I also had Intimidating mga ato sa Incoho, ang sososyal. Sayang I failed the interview. this company sucks!!! sobra tlga! ang gagago ng mga nag iinterview dto kala mo kung sino! may papannel pannel interview pa kayo gago! let me balance things out. i was employed at incoho about 4 years ago as an agent. it was my first job as an agent after getting rejected by several call centers. nagtataka nga ako pano ako nakalusot sa panel interview pati na sa final interview with D'Bo another incident that made me respect this man up to the high heavens is during one of the most difficult times in my life. i got pregnant again and the good for nothing sob dad left me. so here i was, a single mom with a seven year old daughter and pr I heard Incoho is getting bigger.
